FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

^

What is your minimum night policy?

We operate a year-round two-night minimum booking policy and a Three-night minimum booking policy in July and August. Unlike other campervan/motorhome hire companies, we allow pick-up and drop-off any day of the week.

Is your Motorhome safe for children?

Our motorhome was built with families in mind. The dining table edges are rounded instead of pointed to avoid any bumped heads, and the bottom bunk bed is low to the ground. There are seat belts fitted in the rear seats and we encourage families to rent our motorhome as an ideal way of setting out on an adventure.
^

Do you provide the electric hook-up cable? Could we 'wild-camp' in your motorhome?

Our motorhome comes provided with electric hook-up cables to use on campsites. For those more free-spirited, our motorhome will also run from the 12V leisure battery; it also has an electric feed via the fitted solar panels on the roof.

Does the kitchen come supplied with cooking equipment?

Yes! We’ve provided everything you need to enjoy cooking in our motorhome. There’s plenty of cupboard space for food, a fridge, a gas hob and sink. Cleaning essentials are provided, as are pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, beakers, a kettle, cutlery, a chopping board, chopping knives, and everything else you need to prepare a meal! We even have a pizza slicer ready for when you opt for a takeaway instead of cooking, and most importantly, a bottle opener and corkscrew!

Is insurance included in the cost?

All bookings with us include motor insurance for named drivers, as well as breakdown cover and roadside assistance. We do not provide personal protection or travel insurance.
^

How many drivers are covered in the cost?

Your booking covers the cost for 1 driver. We can accept a maximum of 2 drivers per rental. If you don’t add an additional driver to your booking, your designated driver must drive at all times or will be in breach of our insurance and our terms and conditions.

^

Will I be charged for the miles I drive?

No. Being in a motorhome is about being on the open road, we are one of the few rental firms who offer UNLIMITED miles as standard.
^

What are your pick-up and drop-off times?

At the start of your holiday, your campervan will be ready between 2pm – 5pm for collection. A handover will take place lasting just under 1 hour. The campervan must be returned by 11am on the last day of your holiday. We will always try to be flexible with these times if our booking schedule allows.

^

Do you allow dogs in the motorhome?

Yes. We allow one dog, we just need to know about your dog upon booking. There is a small extra charge of £20 to cover our additional cleaning expenses. If you have more than one dog, please get in touch. We are very firm in that no dog is ever left alone in our motorhome, at any time.
