Rental Process

MOTORHOME COLLECTION AND DROP OFF

Collect your motorhome hire from our storage facility and leave your car in the secure unit that has 24/7 CCTV coverage. There are excellent transport links by road. With a filling station and a variety of shops nearby, you can stock up on supplies. Drop off is convenient too. Get directions to our Wrexham storage facility when you book.
The team at Portigo Motorhome Rental also offer an airport transfer service. Available for Liverpool Airport or Manchester Airport. Out of hours collection and drop off appointments are available upon request. Our friendly team believes collection and drop off should be easy and convenient.

Our Kentucky Corral 2 Motorhome is fully equipped, stylish and modern. Our motorhome hire also comes with comprehensive and recovery insurance. Our high quality, seven berth motorhome has two double beds, a single bed and 2 bunk beds. Perfect for that family adventure. Our motorhome is really easy to drive. Our Kentucky motorhome comes with an internal hot shower and toilet.

Essential Information

On arrival you will need to pay a security deposit of £800 before the rental can be agreed.

Please bring your DVLA licence check code with you on arrival. This can be found at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

Drivers with any of the following offence codes (BA, DD, DR, DG, TT, UT, MR) on their licence are ineligible to hire a campervan.

The drop-off and pick-up location is the Portigo Motorhome Storage Facility, Wrexham.

You can leave one car at our Storage facility car park for the duration of the rental.

Pick-up location

The pick-up and drop-off location is at our Portigo Motorhome Storage Facility, Wrexham.

Arrival Process

Please arrive at Portico Motorhome Storage Facility during the pick-up hours of 1pm to 5pm (a more accurate time to be agreed 48 hours prior to arrival).

Allow at least 30 minutes for vehicle demonstration and paperwork. 

Pay £800 security deposit in order to secure the rental of the vehicle.

Receive the keys to the campervan and enjoy the experience.

Return Process

Please return the vehicle during the return hours of 9am to 12pm (a more accurate time to be agreed 48 hours prior to return).

Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

Damage checks and vehicle inspection.

Deposit refunded same day providing vehicle is returned undamaged (may take longer to arrive back in your account).
